Ease vs. Dis-ease

By Milos

Everyone agrees that prevention is better then cure and that we should pay attention to how our bodies are responding to every day life. A great way to do that is to make it a habit to ask ourselves every day: “Do I feel Ease in my body right now?” Much too often, you will find out that you are tense and stressed over something. This on its own is not a “dis-ease” yet but it will most likely lead to one – when we’re tense, we stop the proper flow of energy through our body and this will eventually lead one of our organs to become deficient. Unless we are aware of it and can take measures to restore the flow and remove the tension.
